業務内容: 担当エリア顧客に対する当社歯科医療機器/用具の営業および当社製品の営業、使用方法サポート、セミナー実施等
応募要件:
  • 普通自動車1種免許
  • 社会人実務経験3年以上(医療業界もしくは医療機器業界での営業経験が
    あれば尚可)
  • 大学卒業以上(専門学校/短期大学卒業の場合は医療業界関連であること)
  • 英語に対する抵抗感のない方(業務で英語を使うことは少ないが、社内業務処理を進める上で英語力は高い方が望ましい) 。

CAM Operator

POSITION SUMMARY: The CAM operator performs the preparation of CAM files for the manufacturing of over denture bars, which are milled on high precision 5-axis CNC machines. He/she also supports solving any CAM related quality issues. His/her broad education and experience allows him/her to independently improve and finalize the design of the incoming files in order to prepare them for production.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Redesign and process the CAD into a CAM files for over denture bars to have them producible on the Mikron 5-axis milling machines Support the milling operations for OD-bar products on 5-axis milling machines by constant communication with operators and QC on quality issues and transfer the gained information into the CAM file preparation Support milling operators to verify accuracy of machine. Work in teams with shop floor colleagues and management to solve NobelProcera manufacturing problems on-site
QUALIFICATIONS: These qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Preferably a technical degree in CNC machining or CAD/CAM
Experience in a common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and CAM software (Open mind, Delcam), preferably for 5-axis milling machines
Minimum two or more years CAD/CAM support experience, preferably in support of milling machines controlled by Fanuc/Heidenhain
Knowledge of powermill projects preferred
Preferred knowledge in CAD/CAM work in dental restoration
Capable of PC-standard software (MS-Office), Basic knowledge of SAP a plus
Prefer experience in high precision production using 5-axis milling machinery
Good analytical and communication skills, but practitioner when it requires actions to solve problems
Must be willing to work in shifts (3 to 5 shift model covering weekends) according to the prevailing working model at the plant
Must be willing to work overtime depending on business demands

Polishing Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: The Polishing Technician spends 8 hours a day polishing high-end titanium restorations under a microscope. This individual is responsible for producing quality product in a reasonable amount of time and per established SOPs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manual polishing of high end titanium restorations under a microscope
Final assembly and quality control of those restorations
QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably certified dental technician
Good skills in craftsmanship, dexterous with his/her hands
Dental laboratory or similar working experience of minimum 2 years
Alternatively Experience with precision work in general (jewelry, electronics)
Preferably good knowledge of implantology
Team player
Detail oriented and thorough
Willingness to work in shifts
Able to work under a microscope for 7-8 hours

Process Engineer

Responsibilities: Ensure stable and efficient production of dental prosthetic products with 5-axis milling machinery. Evaluate and optimizes the production processes and workflows.
  • Set up and lead continuous improvement activities.
  • Conduct and coordinate process development projects.
  • Serve as second level production support and internal subject matter expert.
  • Train and coach production operators.
  • Demonstrate “can-do” approach and dedication to solve equipment issues to keep the machines and production lines in full service.
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues from other Nobel Biocare sites (Canada, US, and Sweden) on a frequent basis.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: Performs daily and weekly maintenance and inspection routines/procedures on high precision 5-axis milling machines and other equipment.
Repairs defect machinery and parts.
Manages spare parts inventory.
Controls supply of operation consumables at machines.

SAP Specialist / IT Specialist

Task Summary
Separation of tasks :

50% = SAP support for all Production and Logistic related aspects in NB plant in Chiba Integration into Global SAP team and participation in SAP related projects and support

50% = Onsite User & Production IT Support and PC/Network Administrator. Provide effective and friendly support for All users onsite and resolve their issues in collaboration with the Service Desks and central and regional IT functions. This includes e.g. helping Users, User Trainings, local configurations and communication of events and changes to users, Hardware ordering, support for peripherals and LAN such as patching, backup taking, creation of reports

Skill Profile:
  • College or University degree.
  • 3 years or more experience in the described working field.
  • High customer orientation and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fully bilingual English and Japanese.
  • Technical and hands on skills with PC and Network environment.
  • "5 years+ functional experience PP/MM module.
  • Broad knowledge of other SAP modules/ business areas (e.g. SD)
  • End user support experience is mandatory.
  • Expert SAP understanding and skills for Production Planning & Execution Material Management

Tasks : 0. SAP Support and Management

1. Support new users with Hardware and Software issues
  • Train new users on company environment and applications
  • Set up new users: PC ordering, request user ID, Lotus Notes ID, password and digipass
  • Set up appropriate connectivity and workplace for guests from central or region or for external authorized visitors
2. Support existing users
  • Maintenance such as user migration, computer replacement, support software installation procedures, application handling
  • Communicate changes, events, rules and issues
  • Help users with Hardware and Software trouble
  • Propose and conduct improvements to continuously enhance the onsite support; support the regional IT management to conduct user satisfaction surveys
3. PC and LAN-Administration
  • Cable Patching, Prevent and escalate failures to Service Desk,
  • Order and if applicable install Hardware (Router, Hub, Server)
  • Take Backups and ensure that Backups are stores at an appropriate safe place
  • Hardware installations as printers, network connected copy machines
  • Share Drives Directory Administration, example: clean ups, naming conventions, directory structure
4. Hardware and Software purchasing
  • Purchase Mobile Phones, PCs, Printers and other peripherals following the companies rules and approval workflow, using the defined systems (e.g. CAPEX purchase request)
  • Properly document all purchasing activities
5. Documentation and archiving of IT assets
  • Documentation of licenses or license copies, user handbooks in an organized and accessible way, bills.
  • Register and document specific local applications in the central systems as SADB, ensure an appropriate user documentation
  • Translate selected documents into the local language or organize the translation through interpreter (e.g. for trainings)
6. Reporting and Escalation
  • Create/Provide monthly reports for controlling and IT management
    Target: cost management and quality management
    subjects: storage space, lotus notes mailbox size, hardware losses, security
    incidents, viruses; show development history
  • Include countermeasures or proposals for countermeasures and conduct or if necessary address to the responsible manager
    example: network drive cleanups
  • Create a weekly activity report and provide to regional IT management and controlling including issues, countermeasures, timelines and assigned persons for conduction

Escalate issues to the defined responsible parties, ensure a proper issue description and be the IT owner for onsite IT issues

7. Support IT Security???????????
  • Report incidents to regional IT management and corporate security as well as to the local management
  • Inform users and set up countermeasures in alignment with the corporate security and regional IT management
8. Service Administration
  • Regular communication with regional IT management how to consciously enhance the User support and service
  • Actively Communicate PC/LAN services to the users and actively offer user support
9. Special Tasks
  • Support local or regional events, such as world tour
  • VIP-support; respond flexible and customer oriented to VIP demands
  • Communicate and Exchange with other User supports in the region and with the central IT functions for know how exchange and learning
